You have 3 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Returns are accepted only for items with a manufacturing defect or in the case of incorrect product delivery.

If the wrong product is delivered, a free replacement will be provided.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns will not be accepted if the incorrect model, design, color, or product was ordered by the customer.

After submitting a return request, you will receive a response within 2-5 working days, and the return process will remain open until the issue is resolved.
Replacements

Items with a manufacturing defect are eligible for a free replacement.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 24 working hours.
